Ridgeline tube
Marine-grade stainless steel core with engineered corrugations and a polyethylene outer sleeve. R-15 to R-54 standard, plus the heat-pump-optimised R-32 HP. Available in 25 m, 50 m, 75 m, 100 m and long-spool coil lengths.
All sizes 316L marine-grade stainless. Working pressure 15 bar at 150 °C with P1 fittings, 10 bar at 90 °C with Ridgelock. WRAS approved & KIWA Reg 4 certified.
Ridgelock™ fittings
Available for R-15, R-22 and R-28 only. Buy any standard EN 1254 compression fitting from any UK merchant — replace the copper olive with a RidgeLock™ Sealing Ring and you have a fully WRAS + KIWA Reg 4 approved Ridgeline connection. 10 bar at 90 °C.
Patent-pending sealing ring with engineered teeth that mechanically interlock with the Ridgeline tube’s corrugations. Drops into any EN 1254 compression fitting body in place of the copper olive.

Source any WRAS-approved EN 1254 compression fitting from any UK merchant — straight unions, elbows, tees, reducing tees, end caps, stop ends, isolating valves. Replace the copper olive with a Ridgelock sealing ring. Done.
Why this works: Ridgelock uses standard EN 1254 fitting bodies and nuts — nothing proprietary except the sealing ring. Universal merchant availability, simple supply chain, fast install.
Working pressure: 10 bar at 90 °C. WRAS + KIWA Reg 4 approved when paired with a WRAS-approved EN 1254 fitting body.

P1 fittings
P1 fittings create a primary metal-on-metal seal with a secondary elastomer backup — rated for 15 bar at 150 °C. The connection system for R-35 / R-42 / R-54 tube.

Patented 1-step earthing terminal for the metallic Ridgeline run — compatible with all P1 Mechanical Fittings. Same product as our FG Bond on the Flexigas (gas) side; rebranded "RL Bond" for the water context. Required for UK installations to meet BS 7671 / Water Regs equipotential bonding requirements.

All P1 fittings supplied as complete assemblies in sealed bags. Patented metal-on-metal seal (patent 20107131). For R-15, R-22 and R-28, both Ridgelock and P1 are available and fully interchangeable. Flexis
Replace braided rubber and PEX flexis. Won’t kink, fray or burst — long-term reliability for final connections.
Final connection from valve to tap — replaces braided rubber flexis.

Underfloor heating
