Ridgeline + P1 Mechanical Fittings Data Sheet
Tube R-15 to R-54 with the P1 fitting system: certified to 15 bar and up to 99 °C for potable water (Kiwa Reg 4 cert 2604733), with mechanical capability to 150–180 °C for non-potable high-temperature applications. Includes pressure-drop tables (Pa/m and m/s) at flows from 2.5 to 300 L/min, full fitting schedule and the universal-thread interfaces.

Pre-Insulated Ridgeline + P1 Data Sheet
Coming soon, entering production: register interest on the heat pumps page. Pre-insulated tube in R-28, R-32-HP and R-35: the key sizes for air source heat pump and solar thermal feed-and-return. Factory-bonded closed-cell nitrile foam insulation (0.034 W/(m·K), UV-stable PE outer shell), with service temperature to 125 °C that comfortably covers ASHP and solar thermal flow-and-return duty. P1 fitting system: 15 bar, certified to 99 °C for potable water.

KIWA UK Reg 4: P1 Fitting System (KUKreg4 ATS 3)
Kiwa UK Regulation 4 approval (certificate 2604733) for the full Ridgeline tube range R15 to R54 with the P1 brass fitting system. Independent third-party verification of fitness for UK potable water to Regulation 4(1)(a). Certified scope: maximum working pressure 15 bar, maximum operating temperature 99 °C, 85 °C continuous for hygienic use. (Higher temperatures up to 150–180 °C are a mechanical capability for non-potable applications and sit outside potable-water certification by design.)

KIWA UK Reg 4: RidgeLock System (KUKreg4 ATS 3)
Kiwa UK Regulation 4 approval for the Ridgeline plus RidgeLock sealing-ring system (R15 to R28). Independent third-party verification of fitness for UK potable water. Equivalent regulatory weight to WRAS Approval.
